Since the outbreak of COVID-19, Ornella has led WBA’s international businesses through the pandemic, ensuring the company is best positioned to support governments and communities in the fight against the virus.

Under her leadership, WBA has played an integral role in providing an essential healthcare service during lockdowns and with vaccination programs globally. Ornella has been highly influential throughout this process, overseeing Boots UK’s involvement in the UK Government’s testing and vaccine drives at the height of the pandemic.
